Booking Policies

Appointments
All appointments must be booked at least 72 hours in advance unless communicated otherwise.
No extra guests allowed
Walk-ins are not allowed.
We do not do squeeze ins or after hours at this moment .
Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable , $45 deposit is required to secure your appointment this deposit will go towards your service.
New and returning clients must submit a deposit .
Payment is due in full at the time of service.
We accept Cash & Card (Tap pay) methods only .
Tap Payment methods will have a (6.3% tax).
Late Arrivals / Cancellations
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, You're appointment will be Cancelled. We do not have a late fee.
A 72-HOUR NOTICE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF AN APPOINTMENT.
Please communicate with us , Cancellations made same day of the appointment with no communication is a 50% fee of your service.
No call no shows will not be able to book again in the future.
Important Reminders *IMPORTANT*
• Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face to ensure the best results for your treatment.
• Avoid waxing for 72 hours before your facial & Please Avoid using any scrubs, acids, actives or retinol products at least 4-7 days prior
• Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, or sunburn for at least 5–7 days prior to your appointment.
• Discontinue Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid 7-10 days before your appointment.
• Do not shave the treatment area the day of your facial; shaving should be done 24–48 hours prior if needed.
• Drink plenty of water to keep skin hydrated & Plan ahead - don't have a invasive facial right before a big event
• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements (such as fish oil, aspirin, or ibuprofen) 24–48 hours before advanced treatments, unless prescribed by a physician.
• Please arrive on time so we can maximize your service & follow all Pre-Care instructions to maximize results
• No advanced services are provided at any stage of pregnancy .
•Laser hair removal must be completed at least 7 days prior.
• No chemical peels or MicroNeedling or any other advanced treatments from other providers within the last 30 days.
• Please inform your provider of any recent illnesses, cold sores, open lesions, or skin infections before your visit.
• Men should arrive clean-shaven unless otherwise instructed for the service booked.
• Clients currently using oral or topical antibiotics must disclose this prior to treatment.
• If you have a history of keloid scarring, hyperpigmentation, or sensitive skin, please note this on your consultation form.
Upon Arrival
Please remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time. The doors will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your session. Restrooms are available, and complimentary drinks and snacks will be provided.
Pricing & Service Update
As our business grows, we’ve made a small pricing adjustment to support expanded services, enhanced treatment protocols, and professional-grade products. Current pricing will remain in place for the rest of 2026.

Consistency Expectations for Treatment Plans
To achieve the best results with your skin, consistency is key. Skincare conditions like Acne , Hyperpigmentation, Texture , PCOS , Melasma & etc require multiple appointments and proper follow-up care. Please keep in mind:
Consistency is key
Results depend on attending scheduled appointments and MOST IMPORTANTLY following & staying consistent with your home care plan.
If appointments are frequently rescheduled, progress may be delayed or limited.
You’re welcome to reschedule if needed, but consistent attendance ensures the best outcomes.

STEP ONE :
Skin Consultation Form
(Appointment WILL AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL if there's no Skin Consultation Form on file )
(Must be completed before booking)
Submitting your skin consultation form prior to your appointment is required to ensure your treatment is safe, effective, and customized to your skin’s needs. This form allows us to review your skin history, current products, medications, and any contraindications ahead of time. Appointments without a completed consultation on file will be automatically canceled, as your safety and results are our top priority.
If you are booking for someone else a Consultation Form will still need to be on file please ask the person your booking for the questions that are presented in the form if this is for a surprise then you’ll need to answer all the questions in the form to your best ability .
Only needs to be completed once unless advised otherwise.
All consultation forms for Chemical Peel, Microneedling & other advanced procedures we offer will be sent out via email please lookout for an email after booking.
STEP TWO :
Setting Appointment
Once your consultation form has been submitted, you’ll move on to submitting your deposit and booking your service. To secure your appointment, a deposit is required, and a card on file will be requested through the booking site — all handled safely through our Square system, no extra steps needed.
Please Note:
All first-time clients must book under “Ultimate Detox Facial + Skin Consultation .”
Returning clients should book under “Maintenance Facial” unless an advanced treatment has already been discussed.
No same-day appointments — all bookings must be made at least ONE WEEK in advance.
*IMPORTANT* You will receive a email with PRE-APPOINTMENT DETAILS if there’s any skincare you need to discontinue that’s stated in your skin consultation form before your appointment your Esthetician will contact you immediately after booking.
